View the list of fixed deposits and apply for a new one
This guide provides a clear overview of the steps to apply for a fixed deposit (FD) via Internet banking. Please note the following user roles:
Step 1 – Viewing the list of fixed deposits
Click the ‘Fixed deposits’ tab in the left menu. On the ‘Fixed deposits’ page, there are two tabs: ‘Active’ and ‘Closed’.
Click on a fixed deposit from the list to view all its details.
Step 2 – Opening a new fixed deposit
Click the ‘Fixed deposits’ tab in the left menu, then click the ‘Open FD’ button in the top-right corner.

Step 3 – Filling out the application form
1. Autoclosure - When your FD matures, it is closed automatically and the proceeds (principal + interest) are credited to your current account.
2. Auto-rollover (principal) - Upon maturity, your FD is automatically renewed. The original principal is reinvested for a new term, while the interest earned is transferred to your current account.
3. Auto-rollover (principal+interest) - Upon maturity, your FD is automatically renewed for a new term. The entire maturity amount, including both the principal and the interest, is reinvested.

Step 4 – Reviewing interest and taxes
After filling out all mandatory fields in the application form, you will see the interest rate, interest amount, taxes, net interest to be paid and maturity amount.

Notes:
If your company is a sole proprietorship or one-person company, add nominee details by checking the ‘Add nominee’ box.
After filling in the details of the nominee, click the ‘Next’ button. You can add up to 4 nominees.
To add a new one, click the ‘Add new’ button, fill in their details and select the inheritance type – subsequent or proportional.
If you select 'subsequent', you can change the order of nominees by dragging and dropping them.
If you select 'proportional', then set the proportion for each nominee.

Step 5 – Submitting for approval
If you agree with all terms and conditions, click the ‘Send for approval’ button. The status will change to ‘Pending approval’.

Step 6 – Approving or deleting a FD application
Open the ‘Active’ tab and click on the FD application with the status ‘Pending approval’. Check all details and click the ‘Approve’ or ‘Delete’ button.
The FD application will be submitted to the bank and opened with the status ‘Active’.
