Create Domestic Payment
Step 1:
Upon login, you will be able to see your Home page.
To create payment, please choose one of the following options below.
One way to create payment is to click on account on the Home page, then click “Create Payment” in the “Actions” section.
Another way to create payment is to click “New Payment” button which is at the left side of the screen.
Step 2:
After initiating payment, you will see the two options - “Domestic Payment” (To another Indian Bank) and “Intrabank Payment” (Within SBER Bank). To create Domestic Payment, please click “Domestic Payment”.
Step 3:
To make payment, please choose Beneficiary from the list if you have created it before or press “Enter New”.
If you choose “Enter new” please enter Beneficiary details, Bank details, transfer amount.
If amount is less than 2,00,000.00 INR, only NEFT payment system will be available for transfer.
If amount exceeds 2,00,000.00 INR, RTGS payment system will be chosen automatically.
Note: According to limit policy, transfer amount cannot exceed limit per transaction or daily transfer limit remaining. Otherwise, you may face error messages indicating issue.

If you choose Beneficiary from the list all information about beneficiary will be auto populated. Then, please enter the transfer amount, choose payment system, fill in the narration, and click 'Next'.
If you click “Cancel”, then a pop up will appear saying “Are you sure you want to Leave this page? Changes you made will not be saved”.
Step 4:
After clicking “Next”, the confirmation page below will appear. To make payment, please check all fields and click “Create Payment”. To modify again please click "Back to edit".
Step 5:
To authorize payment, please enter the six-digit OTP sent to your registered Mobile number and click “Authorise Payment”.
Note: In case of not receiving the six digit OTP, please click “Send again” below.
Step 6:
After authorisation, the screen below will display a message saying “Payment Processing”.
The status of each payment will be displayed in the “Transactions” section.
Note:
There are limits for Internet banking transactions in the NEFT Funds transfer system:
During the working hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM):
Minimum Outward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00/-
Maximum Outward Transfer Limit – Per transaction INR 2,00,00,000/- remittances within India.
Maximum permissible limit during working hours is INR 8,00,00,000/-
Minimum Inward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00/-
During the non-working hours (6:00 PM - 10:00 AM):
Minimum Outward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00/-
Maximum permissible limit during non-working hours is INR 1,00,00,000/-
Minimum Inward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00/-
RTGS Funds transfer system:
During the working hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM):
Minimum Outward Transfer Limit – INR 2,00,000.00/-
Maximum Outward Transfer Limit – Per transaction INR 2,00,00,000/- remittances within India.
Maximum permissible limit during working hours is INR 8,00,00,000/-
Minimum Inward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00/-
During the non-working hours (6:00 PM - 10:00 AM):
Minimum Outward Transfer Limit – INR 2,00,000.00/-
Maximum permissible limit during non-working hours is INR 1,00,00,000/-
Minimum Inward Transfer Limit – INR 2,00,000.00-

Create Payment Advice
After creating transaction, you will be able to download payment advice. For now, it is available only the Debit advice.
To create payment advice, please choose following options below.
Step 1:
Open the Account and Transaction page.
Please click on transaction that you need Debit advice for in transaction list.
You can create payment advice only for transactions in status Executed.
Step 2:
For downloading Debit advice please click “Debit Advice”.
Step 3:
Debit advice could be found in your device's download folder.
