Consent to communication and personal data processing for student remittance

I hereby provide my free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent to Sberbank Branch in India (hereinafter referred to as “Bank”), including its employees, authorized representatives, affiliates, business partners and contact channels listed on this website, for the processing and cross-border transfer of my personal data for the purpose of facilitating tuition fee or student-related payments to universities located in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice made available on this website.

This includes transfer of personal data to our AD-II partner, Sberbank Headquarters in Russia and the beneficiary universities or their authorized representatives, strictly for the above-mentioned purpose.

In case I have provided  the Bank with the personal data of any other person/ third party (Data Principal), I guarantee that I’ve received their due explicit consent for the same and provided them with the information regarding data processing as stated in the Privacy Notice.

Parental Consent (If the Data Principal is a Minor)

I, as the parent/legal guardian of the minor named in the contact form, hereby provide this consent on their behalf for the processing of their personal data by the Bank for the purposes outlined above. I confirm that:

• I have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Notice;

• I am authorized to act on behalf of the minor;

• I agree to the cross-border transfer and processing of the minor’s personal data as required for completion of the payment.

This consent is valid until the purpose is fulfilled or until I withdraw my consent by contacting the Bank through the details mentioned in the Consent Notice, subject to the Bank’s legal obligations.
